Joanna Davis - Director & CEO
Joanna serves as Director and CEO of 3J Holdings, LLC. She brings over 20 years experience in the pharmaceuticals and health care to the team. As CEO Joanna is responsible for all aspects of strategic direction, investment strategy, and portfolio management. She is a registered Pharmacist in North Carolina and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC.

Jennifer Baynor LeBrun - CFO
Jennifer brings over 20 years progressive experience in property management, accounting, and finance to her role as CFO of 3J Holdings, LLC. Having worked with the full range of owners and facilities throughout the southeastern US, her broad base of management experience includes everything from single-investor individual units to multi-story investor-owned developments. Jennifer holds a BS Degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.

Louis LeBrun - Engineering Director
With over 25 years of civil engineering and site development experience, Louis acts as engineering director of 3J Holdings, LLC. Having worked on industrial and commercial development projects around the world, he he brings real-world experience in the delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects to the team. Louis holds BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from NC State University, as well as an MBA from Duke University.
